Unique Direction Textile(UDT) is produced by impregnating continuous unidirectional glass fibers with polypropylene (PP), resulting in a material with directionally specific properties.
After the UDT undergoes 0°/90° orientations, the composite exhibits isotropic performance.
Due to the straight, continuous glass fibers, the UDT achieves high strength and modulus, making it suitable for surface reinforcement applications (e.g., PP honeycomb panels) or high-performance structural components.
